National Voters’ Day is celebrated every year on 25 January by the Election Commission of India with the aim of making voters aware. State level function is being organized by Chief Electoral Officer Raipur at Indira Gandhi Agricultural College Raipur at 11 am on January 25. Chief Lokayukta Chhattisgarh Public Commission Justice Shri TP Sharma will be the chief guest of the function. State Election Commissioner Shri Thakur Ram Singh will preside over the function. Vice Chancellor of Indira Gandhi Agricultural University Raipur, Dr. SK Patil will be present as a special guest.
