On the instructions of Collector Rajat Bansal, the Excise Department is continuously patrolling and taking action in different areas. During the patrol on 7 October 2022 by the Excise Department team, in the action taken by the Excise Department team in village Dhabadih of Balodabazar area, 150 nos of Madhya Pradesh made Goa liquor pav (27 Bl) has been confiscated. Along with this, accused Sulabh Dhruv father Baishakhu Dhruv, aged 45 years, resident of Dhabadih police station Balodabazar and similarly during patrolling on October 8, 2022, in the action taken by the team of Excise Department in village Chorha Navagaon of circle Simga area, 165 nos. of Madhya Pradesh made Goa liquor pav ( 29.7 Bli) seized under section 34(1)(a),34(2),59(a),36 of the Excise Act 1915 against the accused Raju Lal’s father Shivcharan Gidhode, age 45, resident of Choraha Navagaon police station, Simga. Case was registered and sent to jail. Assistant District Excise Officer Dr. Sameer Mishra, Excise Sub-Inspector, Sukant Pandey, Jalesh Singh, Vipin Pathak, Excise Chief Constable, Suryakant Verma, Radhagiri Goswami, Deviprasad Tiwari, Municipal Soldier Tameshwar Dhruv, Vishwanath Jaiswal played an important role in the above action.
