Jitendra Kumar Shukla today inspected the various branches of the Collector’s office and got acquainted with the officers and employees and encouraged them to do good work in public interest. The collector said that the cleanliness of the office should be taken care of. Create a conducive environment for work so that the mind is engaged towards the work. All employees should discharge their responsibilities by following the protocol related to safety from Kovid-19. He asked to ensure the arrangement of sanitizers in all the branches. Collector instructed to cooperate in resolving the cases as per the requirements of the visitors.
The Collector said that computerized and modern techniques should be used for the maintenance of documents. He gave instructions to the concerned officers regarding the repair of the building, toilet room and cleanliness of the premises.
Collector inspected the premises including ADM Court, Food Department, District Planning and Statistics, NIC, SWAN, Mineral, E-Governance, Land Records, Archives, Senior Clerk, Superintendent, Establishment, Complaint Branch, Nazir, Duda, Public Service Center . During the inspection, Additional Collector Mrs. Leena Kosam, Joint Collector Mr. Sachin Bhutda and officers of the office were present.
