Rain has started in the capital Raipur as soon as evening. The weather had become pleasant in Raipur since afternoon. By evening, dark clouds had gathered in the sky. In the beginning it rained cloudy, after some time heavy rain, now light rain is continuing. The Meteorological Department has issued an alert for many places in the state. Meteorologist HP Chandra has said that the low pressure area is located in and around southeast Uttar Pradesh. Along with this, the cyclonic circulation of air is located up to the middle tropospheric level. A trough is located from West Rajasthan to North East Bay of Bengal up to 0.9 km altitude via South Haryana, South East Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand, Gangetic West Bengal. A cyclonic circulation up to a height of 5.8 km lies over Bangladesh. Due to these systems, light to moderate rain or thundershowers are likely to occur at many places of the state on June 20. There is a possibility of lightning and thunder at one or two places in the state. With a slight increase in the maximum temperature in the state, there is no possibility of any significant change.
