Founder of The Great India School Raipur at Raj Bhavan, Shri Surendra Pratap Singh, paid a courtesy call to Governor Ms. Anusuiya Uike and apprised him of the activities of the school. He invited the Governor to unveil the statue of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose. He also presented the annual calendar of the school to the Governor. Mr. Singh said that this school is dedicated to those martyrs of the country who sacrificed their lives for the independence of the country. A picture of such hundred child martyrs is installed in the school premises and a statue of many legends of the country is installed in the school campus, which is an inspiration for the students.
