The crackdown on illegal plating is going on in Raipur district. In the last about four months, 700 Khasras related to illegal plating in the district have been blocked on the instructions of the Collector. With this action, the purchase, sale and registry of more than 350 acres of land has been banned. In the meeting of the deadline today, Collector Dr. Sarveshwar Bhure reviewed it and instructed the revenue officers to take swift action on illegal plotting. In the weekly meeting of the deadline in the Red Cross auditorium, Collector Dr Bhure reviewed the work of all the departments and the implementation of government schemes and programs. Dr Bhure directed all the departmental officers to expedite the implementation of schemes and programs of public interest. Departmental district level officers including all revenue officers were present in the meeting. In the meeting, the Collector gave instructions to organize the operation of Dhanwantri medicine shops providing medicines at cheap prices. He also directed to ensure the availability of adequate quantity of medicines in these shops and to prescribe medicines available in these shops by the doctors to the patients as far as possible. Dr Bhure directed to expedite the updating of documents like bank account, aadhaar number etc. of all the farmers eligible for Kisan Samman Nidhi. He directed to take immediate action in the event of encroachment on the land allotted for government schemes and construction works so that the schemes and works could be completed on time in public interest. The Collector instructed all the revenue officers to complete the work of Girdawari by 30th September. He also reviewed the preliminary preparations for the procurement of paddy starting from November 1. The Collector also asked the Food Controller about the necessary arrangements in the procurement centers, arrangement of gunny bags, transportation etc. Dr. Bhure directed the officers of the Agriculture Department to get the compensation amount by getting the cases of eligible farmers to be immediately settled by the insurance company for compensation of crops under the Prime Minister’s Fasal Bima Yojana. The collector also reviewed the work of Godhan Nyay Yojana in the time-limit meeting. He took detailed information on important points such as purchase of cow dung, number of dung vendors, sale of manure, packing of manure, purchase of cow urine etc. and gave necessary instructions. The Collector, while conducting activities like fish farming, duck rearing, mushroom, bari in Gauthans, has asked to start livelihood oriented activities in each Gauthan at the earliest.
