The State Commercial Tax (Excise), Commerce and Industry Minister Shri Kavasi Lakhma today flagged off an ambulance at Sukma District Hospital in memory of late Shri Harama Kavasi at his residence office and on the occasion of the sacrifice day of former Prime Minister Late Shri Rajiv Gandhi. . This ambulance has been provided to the people of Sukma district privately to provide better medical facilities to the people of the district on the auspicious date of late Shri Rajiv Gandhi on 21 May. The availability of ambulance service will now prove to be effective in the treatment and prevention of pregnant mothers, sick people and those affected by corona in the district.
On the occasion, Industries Minister Shri Lakhma said that the former Prime Minister, Late Shri Rajiv Gandhi was a dreamer of modern India. He implemented the Panchayati Raj system, and because of which I have reached this place today a person from far off forest area. He said that good work is being done for the control of corona in the state under the guidance of Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel. In this difficult time of Corona crisis, the state government is providing all possible help with full honesty. The Industries Minister said that the Government of Chhattisgarh is doing a better job in the country to deal with Corona. Minister Shri Lakhma has sent 500 nos. Sanitizer bottle and one lakh masks and sabun for hand washing to be distributed to the common people in the remote area district to deal with the corona crisis. Along with this, public awareness campaign is being conducted in every village for 100% vaccination among the people of the district.
