Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel today attended the swearing-in ceremony of newly elected office bearers of Bastar Chamber of Commerce and Industries, Jagdalpur. While congratulating and congratulating the newly elected president Mr. Manish Sharma and other office bearers at the swearing-in ceremony held at the institution’s building near Samund Chowk, Chief Minister Mr. Baghel expressed hope for their continuous contribution in the development of Bastar. During his speech, Chief Minister Shri Baghel has announced to give land to the Chamber of Commerce Jagdalpur at an affordable rate for the construction of the building. The Chief Minister has announced that the Chamber of Commerce will be given 10 percent rebate on purchase of land. In the program of Bastar Chamber of Commerce and Industries Jagdalpur, the Chief Minister has said that the industrialists will have to bring changes in their approach and thus they will become new. Will be able to get the support of the villagers for industries. The Chief Minister has said that industrialists should conduct a survey of unemployed youth in the areas where industries are being set up and accordingly plan to provide employment to skilled and unskilled local people, this will help them get the support of the villagers. While discussing the GST, the Chief Minister has said that from the year 2022, the amount of GST compensation from the Government of India will be stopped and due to this, Chhattisgarh will suffer a loss of 5 thousand crores per annum. The Chief Minister said that today the policy of the Government of India is such that the states which are producers are in loss and the states which are consumers are in profit, whereas this should not be the case. The Chief Minister has said that Chhattisgarh is a state of farmers and forest dwellers and we have to work for their interest. The Chief Minister has also said that due to the schemes of the Government of Chhattisgarh, the purchasing power of the farmers has increased and due to this the spending capacity of the farmers has increased in the market. In his address, the Chief Minister has said that Bastar has huge potential for development. The Chief Minister has said about the industrialists that they are an important part of the state’s system. The Chief Minister has also said in his address that only if Bastar increases, Chhattisgarh will also be able to progress, because the state can never progress due to unbalanced development.
