Home and Public Works Minister Shri Tamradhwaj Sahu, during his stay in New Delhi today, inspected the construction works of Nava Chhattisgarh Sadan being built in Dwarka and gave necessary instructions to the departmental officers. Taking stock of the construction works, Home Minister Shri Sahu gave instructions to the departmental officers to execute the work within the stipulated time frame. He also directed to complete the works stalled due to the lockdown at a fast pace.
It is noteworthy that the new Chhattisgarh Sadan is being constructed at a cost of Rs.60 crore 42 lakh in Dwarka, New Delhi, the capital of the country. For the construction of Nava Chhattisgarh Sadan in Sector 13 of Dwarka, 43 thousand 803 square feet land has been purchased for Rs 22.50 crore. In Nava Chhattisgarh Sadan, 10 suite rooms, 67 rooms, meeting hall including dining hall and waiting and tower for employees are being constructed. During the inspection, along with the Home Minister Shri Tamradhwaj Sahu, the Public Works Department officer of New Delhi, Shri RP Yadav was also present.
