Nileshkumar Kshirsagar reviewed the deadline cases of officers, hearing hearing on canceled cases of forest rights, implementation of government’s flagship schemes, pension cases pending in departments and Rajim Maghi Punni fair preparations. He took V.C. He gave necessary guidelines to revenue officials and departmental officers associated with the block level. In the meeting, CEO of District Panchayat Mr. Chandrakant Verma, Additional Collector Mr. JR. District chief officers of all departments including Chaurasia were present. Collector Shri Kshirsagar asked all the sub-divisional officers of revenue to ensure that all the canceled cases of forest rights of the concerned area are appealed and heard and sent to the district office immediately. He said that Flagship schemes of the government should be better implemented in the district. In this regard, departmental officers should also send the proposal of works to the government. Be sure to enter the information about the implementation of all the Flagship schemes in the district including Naruva, Garuva, Ghuruwa, Bari, Godhan Nyaya Yojana, Chief Minister Suchitan Abhiyan and Haat-Bazar Clinic. He informed the officials that these schemes are being monitored at the government level, the officials concerned will be responsible for any kind of curiosity on the implementation in the district. While reviewing the pending pension cases in the departments, the collector said that departmental officers should take necessary initiative to resolve the pending pension cases in the department and pension cases of officers and employees who are retiring in the next six months. He instructed all the sub-divisional officer revenue to get the service manual of teachers maintained through the concerned BEO and district CEO. Similarly, the field staff of Agriculture and Health Department also directed the concerned department heads for service book and passbook maintenance work. He also asked the revenue officials to focus on resolving the problems of mild patwaris and complying with the new guidelines of the government, to make income certificate of other backward classes. The Collector directed the officers to expedite the disposal of applications related to public grievances, public chaupals and public service guarantees. The Collector asked all the district CEOs to start construction work in the newly sanctioned Gauthano and purchase dung in all the Gauthans and start the activity of construction of Vermi Compost. He said that Gothan should be developed for multi-purpose work.
