The hearing on the 18+ vaccination case was held today in the Bilaspur High Court. In the case of vaccination, the state government demanded additional time to present the affidavit in the court. Acting on this, the court has given the time till June 4 to the state government.
The vaccination case was heard in the division bench. It goes on to say that the court has called for a response from the state government to stop the waste of the vaccine. During the first hearing, the court asked the government to present its affidavit.
The court expressed displeasure over the affidavit presented during the last hearing. In the hearing held today, the state government requested for additional time to present the affidavit. Now by June 4, the government will have to present its affidavit in the case.
