Have to be prepared…Lok Sabha elections can be held with ballot paper instead of EVM, big statement of former CM Bhupesh Baghel

Manendra Patel, Durg. As the date of Lok Sabha elections is coming closer, both the parties Congress and BJP have intensified their attacks on each other. Amidst all this, a big statement from former CM Bhupesh Baghel regarding EVMs has come out from the public platform.

Let us tell you that Bhupesh Baghel, MLA from Patan of Durg district and Congress’ Lok Sabha candidate from Rajnandgaon, has given a big statement in the workers conference of Patan. Bhupesh Baghel told the workers, elections can be conducted with ballot paper instead of EVM. But Congress workers will have to be prepared for this. If all the workers enroll for the elections, then the number of EVMs will reduce and in such a situation, if there are more than 375 candidates from one seat, then the elections will be held through ballot papers instead of EVMs. In such a situation, Congress’s victory is certain.

Actually, Congress has made Rajendra Sahu its candidate from Durg Lok Sabha. Who is considered close to former Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel. Today, Congress workers conference was organized in Amalori village of Patan Assembly, in which former Chief Minister and Congress Lok Sabha candidate from Rajnandgaon Bhupesh Baghel also attended. Bhupesh Baghel fiercely questioned the Modi government at the Center and EVMs. Former CM Bhupesh Baghel said that he does not want to let the Lok Sabha elections be held through EVMs this time. If elections are held through ballot paper then the reality of BJP will be revealed. Bhupesh Baghel told the workers that if 375 candidates are in the fray from any one constituency, then the Election Commission will have to conduct elections through ballot paper and if elections are held through ballot paper, Congress will register victory everywhere and will form the government at the Centre.
