Farmer is moving towards a better life by taking advantage of Solar Sujala scheme

Solar pumps are being installed to provide irrigation water and drinking water to the people in remote areas of Jashupar district under the Solar Sujala Scheme. Drinking water is also being supplied from solar pumps in ashrams and hostels. Giving information, Assistant Engineer of CREDA Department Mr. Sandeep Banjare said that a total of 6527 nos solar pumps have been installed from the financial year 2016-17 to 2019-20 and against the target allocated to the district in the year 2020-21, 1844 nos.
