Doman Singh, the new collector of Mahasamund district, took over. Singh took charge on Monday in the presence of district officials. Officers from SDM Mahasamund and SDM Bagbahara Sunil Kumar Chandravanshi and Bhagwat Jaiswal, Deputy Collector Seema Thakur, Ritu Hemani, Pooja Bansal and other departments were present on the occasion. Singh was earlier the collector of the district Gorella-Pandra Marwahi. Collector Doman Singh met former Collector Karthikeya Goyal at his bungalow. The officers of the district met at the office courtesy the Collector. Collector Doman Singh, after assuming office, reviewed the paddy purchase works after inspecting and observing various branches and offices of the Collectorate. Additional Collector Jogendra Kumar Nayak accompanied the inspection and review meeting. Officials of the concerned departments were present in the meeting.
