Keeping in view the convenience of the common man in the state of Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel, the benefit of removing the ban on the sale and sale of small land blocks has been benefited in the registration of documents related to small land blocks in the last two years There has been an increase of almost double. In these two years, one lakh 86 thousand 423 small plots have been given relief to the general public. The government has also benefited from the decision of the government to reduce the rates of market value by 30 percent. Due to the reduction in the market value of the property, along with the relief in the purchase and sale, it has become easier for the middle class to buy houses and immovable properties.
A concession of two percent in the rate of registration fee for the sale of house and building deeds worth up to Rs 75 lakh is being provided by the government in the state from August 2019. Which is also kept unchanged for the financial year 2020-21. The benefit of this is being given to the common citizens in the sale and purchase of houses. During the registration of 17 thousand 112 documents in the last one and a half years, 2 percent concession has been given in the registration of residential buildings. The e-registry process has been simplified for the purchase and sale of properties in the state of Chhattisgarh and an additional network facility has been made available to solve the network problem, so that the parties do not face any inconvenience and registration. Work must be conducted smoothly. Keeping in mind the protection from Kovid-19 infection, provision of online appointment (slot booking) was made for effective adherence to social distancing for safe presence in the registration offices and facilitated the registration work in chronological order.
