Demand to annul the election of MP Saroj Pandey .. may testify in the physical court, Lekhram Sahu has filed a petition

Congress has demanded to cancel the election of Rajya Sabha member Saroj Pandey. Congress leader Lekhram Sahu has accused Saroj Pandey of giving wrong information in the election affidavit. In this case, an application has been presented in the High Court on behalf of Saroj Pandey. After which a single bench of the High Court is hearing the matter.
Testimony has not yet been produced in this case. It is expected that the testimony may be presented in the first week of July. The court has said that online testimony is not possible, so there will be testimony in physical court. Testimony has to be done on the list of witnesses appearing for both.
Let us inform that Lekhram Sahu of Congress has filed an election petition in the High Court. In which it has been said that Lok Sabha member Saroj Pandey has given his wrong affidavit to the Election Commission at the time of nomination. In the affidavit, he has given his address as Maitri Nagar Bhilai.
