Collector Shri Vineet Nandanwar on Tuesday took a meeting of the district level officers in the weekly time limit meeting in the meeting room of the District Joint Office and directed them to review the pending cases and resolve them within the time-limit. He inquired about the updated status of the construction works including the infrastructure, the condition of dilapidated roads and new roads from the departments related to the construction work. He directed to expedite the various construction works in the district. The Collector gave necessary guidelines after taking information regarding initial preparations for procurement of paddy on support price, availability of gunny bags etc. He also reviewed the banking matters related to the schemes. He directed to plant trees in urban areas and take proper care. Taking information about the Forest Rights Recognition Certificate, asked to benefit the eligible beneficiaries. In the meeting, information was also taken regarding the provision of running water, drinking water in schools, Anganwadi centers, caste certificate of children, construction of PDS shop, Millet Mission, Gauthan, recurring grazing. While directing all the officers/employees to discharge their responsibilities by attending office hours, the Collector said that all the departments should work in coordination with team spirit. District Panchayat CEO Mr. Lalit Aditya Neelam, Additional Collector Mr. Sanjay Kannauje, SDM Mr. Kumar Bishwaranjan, Joint Collector Mr. Surendra Thakur, Deputy Collector and concerned officials were present in the meeting. In Jandarshan, the collector listened to the problems and demands of the common people. After the meeting of the deadline held every week at the district headquarters, the common people apprised him of their problems and demands in front of the Collector Shri Vineet Nandanwar. During this, the citizens who came to the public darshan submitted their applications regarding their problems and demands such as financial assistance, providing employment etc. After listening carefully to the problems and demands of the people from different areas of the district, Shri Nandanwar directed the officers of the concerned department to take prompt action as per rules.
