Raipur. Special Court (Prevention of Corruption Act) Raipur has sentenced Manoj Singh Thakur posted in Urban Administration and Development Department to 5 years rigorous imprisonment and Rs 1 lakh fine. An additional rigorous imprisonment of 1 year has also been ordered for not paying the penalty.

On 20 July 2015, the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) raided Manoj Singh Thakur’s Deendayal Nagar residence in Raipur by receiving a search warrant from the Special Court.
