Took a meeting of the deadline in the collector’s meeting room of Gaurav Kumar Singh today. Taking information about the pending cases of all the departments, he gave instructions to resolve the pending cases within the time limit. In the meeting, Forest Divisional Officer Shri D.R. Sahu, District Panchayat CEO Shri Rahul Dev, Joint Collector Shri Shiv Kumar Banerjee, Surajpur SDM Shri Pushpendra Sharma, Bhaiyathan SDM Shri Prakash Singh Rajput, Pratappur SDM Shri Paikra, Deputy Collector Shri Bajrang Singh Verma and heads of all departments were present.
The Collector instructed the heads of all the construction departments to complete maximum work before the rainy season. He directed the officers of PWD, IS, MMGSY, CGRDC etc. to complete the work by the date of contract. If there is any security related problem in the construction site, the construction agencies were asked to complete the work by taking cooperation through the office of the Superintendent of Police.
The Collector praised the Education Department for giving compassionate appointment to the family members of the deceased employees from Corona in a very short time. In other departments also, instructions were given to resolve the issue of compassionate appointment at the earliest.
To prevent the spread of corona virus infection and break the chain of corona, the collector instructed all the SDMs to ensure strict adherence to the lockdown. With the help of the urban body team and the police, it should be ensured that unnecessary people are not seen roaming around, as per the order issued, only essential shops should remain open till the prescribed time, ensure that social distancing is followed in the shops which are open and behave well with all the people. Spread public awareness about corona infection. The Collector instructed all the SDMs to inspect the Containment Zone daily and ensure through the staff of the field that there is no movement in the Containment Zone.
The Collector directed that all the district officers would remain in the headquarters and would not leave the headquarters without their permission. In this regard, all the SDMs were instructed to allot the newly created GAD quarters to the officers at the earliest.
The Collector informed that the Secretary’s Union and Employment Assistant Association donated about 4 lakhs and 3.1 lakhs, respectively, from their one month’s salary to the District Jeevan Deep Committee. Similarly, all the district officers and their team can voluntarily cooperate if they want.
The Collector directed that to encourage tree plantation in the state of Chhattisgarh, “Mukhya Mantri Vrikshayogana Protsahan Yojana” is to be started so that maximum tree plantation can be done. For this, DPO Shri Chandrabes Sisodia, DD Agriculture Kosale, all three SDMs, District Education Officers were directed to get maximum tree plantation done.
