Collector Shri Jai Prakash Maurya has suspended Assistant Development Block Education Officer Shri Sanjeev Kashyap posted in the Block Education Officer Office of Dhamtari with immediate effect. During the period of suspension, their headquarters has been appointed as Block Education Officer City and will be eligible for subsistence allowance as per rules. In fact, on February 1, the District Education Officer made a surprise inspection of the Block Education Officer Office Dhamtari. During this time, the said Assistant Development Block Education Officer treated the District Education Officer with lewdness. Dealing indecently and indecently with a woman District Education Officer is contrary to the rules provided in Rule-03 of Chhattisgarh Civil Services (Conduct) Rules 1965, in view of this, the Collector has suspended the said Assistant Development Block Education Officer with immediate effect.
