Bilaspur. It is a matter of confusion for the students as to which field to pursue to advance in their career after the board exams. Parents also remain in tension as to which subject or which competitive exam or university will be suitable for their children. At this time, children and parents need special guidance. To help students get out of this problem, Collector Avnish Sharan has started an online discussion on Facebook to provide guidance and suggestions to students and parents after the board exams. Today, by joining Facebook Live, students and parents asked Collector Sharan many questions, which he tried to solve.
Giving his example, Collector Sharan said that he had passed the 10th board examination in third division. I got only 30 marks in mathematics. Did not get discouraged and studied, then worked hard in the UPSC exam and got selected. Collector Sharan said that if you do not feel like studying any subject then you should discuss with your brother, sister or friend with whom you have good tuning, about the subject which you find difficult. You will start finding that subject easy. He told the parents not to make their children worry about the results after taking the exams. No student wants to fail intentionally.
The Facebook Live program will run for half an hour each in the morning and evening till May 5. Many officers, educationists, psychiatrists and motivators will join it. The program can be connected by visiting Bilaspur District Facebook page.
