Collector Dr Sarveshwar Narendra Bhure took a meeting of senior officers of the Electricity Department in the meeting room of the Collectorate here today and directed to ensure better electricity system in the district. Collector Dr Bhure took the updated information about Chief Minister Rural Electrification and Chief Minister Urban Electrification Scheme and said that there should not be any problem related to electricity. He said that the electricity system should be repaired in the rural areas as well as in the city. Establishment of sub stations in urban and rural areas, uninterrupted power supply, line and pole shifting, low voltage problem, and other topics were discussed in detail. The collector said that the pumps of the farmers should be energized. In the meeting, 33/11 KV sub-station being built at Inter-State Bus Stand Bhathagaon, requirement of land for setting up GIS 33/11 KV sub-station in Fafadih station if the load is high, in Kota and Kutesar under Tilda development block, Abhanpur The land for establishment of sub-stations in Chandi under development block and Mureti village under Dharsiwan block, land for establishment of sub-stations in Urla Sarora, Birgaon, Khamtrai and Umiya market and the need for allotment of land from Nayapara office to CCI office building were discussed in detail. On this occasion, the Superintending Engineer of Electricity Department, Mr. Manoj Kumar Verma, Mr. Ashok Khandelwal along with the officers of the concerned department were present.
