The last rehearsal of the Republic Day celebrations to be held in the district was finalized by Collector Shri Dharmesh Kumar Sahu and Superintendent of Police Shri Mohit Garg at 9 am today. Collector Shri Sahu and Superintendent of Police Shri Garg reviewed the arrangements made before the Republic Day. He gave necessary guidelines regarding the arrangements to the officers and asked them to make all preparations in advance. The Republic Day main function will be held at the Government Boys Higher Secondary School Sports Ground at the district headquarters. During this time the final exercise of the main event was performed, which included the arrival of the chief guest, flag hoisting by him, joyous balloon dropping, message reading, honoring the families of the martyrs, introduction to the parade commanders including Corona Warriors doctors, police, health, sanitation workers And rehearsals of meritorious students, activities etc. were done.
