The Chief Minister worshiped Lord Radha-Krishna and wished for the happiness, prosperity, and well-being of the state.
Raipur, March 15, 2025/ On the auspicious occasion of Holi, Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai, along with his wife Smt. Kaushalya Sai, visited village Tatidand, located in the Kansabel development block of Jashpur district, where they participated in the annual ritual organized by the Durga Devi Sant Samaj of the Sanatan Samaj. During this time, the Chief Minister worshiped Lord Radha-Krishna and wished for the happiness, prosperity, and well-being of the people of the state.
Shri Sahdev Panda, the son of Guru Maharaj Late Shri Dhanpati Panda, was especially present at the event. This ritual is organized every year in the month of Phalgun on the auspicious festival of Holi, in which Chief Minister Shri Sai has been participating for many years.
Holi, a festival of brotherhood and happiness – Chief Minister
Chief Minister Shri Sai extended warm Holi greetings to everyone, saying that Holi is not just a festival of colors but of love, harmony, and brotherhood. He said that the ritual organized by the Sanatan Samaj in Tatidand is a medium to preserve traditions and cultural values, which maintains harmony in the society.
New pace of development in the state through public welfare schemes of the government
On this occasion, Chief Minister Shri Sai mentioned the major public welfare schemes of the state government and said that houses are being provided to 1.8 million families under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. Paddy is being procured from farmers at the highest price in the country, which is making agriculture prosperous. Under the Mahtari Vandan Yojana, an assistance amount of ₹1000 is being given to 70 lakh women every month, which is promoting the economic empowerment of women.
Invitation for Maha Shivpuran Katha
Chief Minister Shri Sai said that from March 21 to March 27, a Maha Shivpuran Katha is being organized near Madheshwar Pahad, the country’s largest natural Shivling site, in the Kunkuri development block. During this time, famous storyteller Pandit Shri Pradeep Mishra Ji will narrate the story. Chief Minister Shri Sai urged the people of the state to participate in this divine event.
Chief Minister Shri Sai’s wife, Smt. Kaushalya Sai, also shared her experiences while extending Holi greetings. She said that such events strengthen social unity and infuse spiritual energy in people.
On this occasion, devotees of the Sanatan Samaj and local villagers were present in large numbers.
