Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel has paid homage to the social reformer and guru of Dhobi Samaj, Sant Gadge, on his birth anniversary on 23rd February. Shri Baghel said that Sant Gadge Maharaj, who was born in a washerman family of Amravati district of Maharashtra, traveled on foot and gave the message of human welfare to the people. Through his kirtans, he showed the society the way to stay away from casteism, superstition and evils.
