    Chief Minister Shri Sai attended the assumption of office and felicitation ceremony of the newly appointed Chairman of the State Civil Supplies Corporation Limited, Shri Sanjay Srivastava

    Raipur, April 16, 2025/ Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai today attended the assumption of office and felicitation ceremony of the newly appointed Chairman of Chhattisgarh State Civil Supplies Corporation Limited, Shri Sanjay Srivastava, at the BTI Ground in Shankar Nagar, Raipur. Chief Minister Shri Sai congratulated and extended his best wishes to the newly appointed Chairman of Chhattisgarh State Civil Supplies Corporation Limited, Shri Sanjay Srivastava, on assuming office.

    In his address, Chief Minister Shri Sai said that the respected Atal Bihari Vajpayee created the separate state of Chhattisgarh. In 2003, after the mandate, Dr. Raman Singh was made the Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh, under whose leadership the state developed rapidly. I am proud to say that the PDS system that was created in the state under the leadership of Dr. Singh is today the best PDS system in the entire country. Praising the newly appointed Chairman Shri Sanjay Srivastava, he said that he is very experienced and has also held the responsibility of Speaker in Raipur Municipal Corporation and Chairman of Raipur Development Corporation. Assembly Speaker Dr. Raman Singh said that this Corporation is not just an institution, but a bridge of trust between the government and the people. This is the only corporation that is connected to 75 percent of the people of the state. It has the important responsibility of monitoring each and every ration shop, supervising warehouses, and ensuring timely supply of food grains to the people.

    Deputy Chief Minister Shri Arun Sao, Food Minister Shri Dayaldas Baghel, and newly appointed Chairman Shri Sanjay Srivastava also addressed the program. On this occasion, Deputy Chief Minister Shri Vijay Sharma, Agriculture Minister Shri Ramvichar Netam, Forest Minister Shri Kedar Kashyap, Food Minister Shri Dayaldas Baghel, Labor and Industry Minister Shri Lakhanlal Dewangan, Health Minister Shri Shyam Bihari Jaiswal, Women and Child Development Minister Smt. Lakshmi Rajwade, MLAs Sarv Shri Kiran Singh Deo, Shri Dharamlal Kaushik, Shri Punnulal Mohle, Shri Prabodh Minj, Shri Amar Agarwal, Shri Anuj Sharma, Shri Sushant Shukla, Shri Rajesh Agarwal, Shri Purandar Mishra, Raipur Mayor Smt. Minal Choubey, Chairman of State Renewable Energy Development Authority Shri Bhupendra Savanni, Chairman of Building and Other Construction Workers Board Shri Rampratap Singh, Chairman of Textbook Corporation Shri Raja Pandey, Chairperson of State Hair Stylist Welfare Board Ms. Mona Sen, Chairperson of State Social Welfare Board Smt. Shalini Rajput, Chairman of Seed and Agricultural Development Corporation Limited Shri Chandrahas Chandrakar, Chairman of Chhattisgarh Waqf Board Shri Salim Raj, Chairman of Chhattisgarh Leather Craftsman Board Shri Dhruv Kumar Mirgha, Chairman of Chhattisgarh State Minorities Commission Shri Amarjit Singh Chhabra, Chairman of Chhattisgarh State Food Commission Shri Sandeep Sharma, and Chairman of Chhattisgarh Housing Board Shri Anurag Singh Deo were present.
