Chhattisgarh Women’s Commission set a record in empowering women

On February 1, a seminar was held by the Chairmen of the Women’s Commission of all the states at the National Women’s Office, New Delhi. In this seminar, President of National Commission for Women, Rekha Sharma said that no state had conducted such a large number of public hearings during the Kovid lockdown as the Chhattisgarh State Women’s Commission did during this epidemic.

No state of the country got the support of police and administration in Chhattisgarh at the time of Kovid-19, Lackdown. He said that in the Chhattisgarh state, the public hearing of the Women’s Commission gets the support of the Collector (District Administration), Superintendent of Police, (Police Administration) of all the districts. The instructions of women commission are strictly followed in Chhattisgarh.
