Chhattisgarh News: Bullion trader molested a minor… Police arrested

Chhattisgarh News: The police has arrested the bullion trader who molested a minor girl and threatened to kill her if she told anyone about the incident. According to the police, the applicant reached the police station and lodged a report that on 28.04.2024, Jitendra Jadhav alias Jitendra Patil, seeing her alone, molested her and threatened to kill her if she told anyone. This whole matter is of Bilaspur.

Taking the matter seriously, based on the report of the applicant, a crime was immediately registered at Takhatpur police station and taken up for investigation. Taking the matter sensitively, Superintendent of Police Bilaspur Rajnesh Singh (I.P.S.) gave instructions for immediate arrest of the accused and action.

Taking prompt action, the team under the leadership of police station in-charge Harish Chandra Tandekar arrested the accused Jitendra Jadhav alias Jitendra Patil within a few hours and sent him on judicial remand.

Superintendent of Police Bilaspur praised Additional Superintendent of Police Rural Mrs. Archana Jha and SDOP Kota Mrs. Nupur Upadhyay for quick action in the above sensitive matter. Niridwak Harishchandra Tandekar police station in-charge Takhatpur, Souni SR Rajput, constable Prakash Singh Thakur, Ashish Vastrakar, Sandeep Kashyap, Sunil Suryavanshi had special contribution in the said proceedings.
