Important schemes of the Chhattisgarh government in the rural areas and inner areas of Bastar district were transported in various dialects through art, dance and drama through the Kala Jatha. Through the Jatha by the Public Relations Department, schemes of governance were delivered in 150 places in all the districts of the division from 8 January to 19 January. In order to reach the maximum number of people, the schemes of the Haat-Bazaar were given priority. Fascinating governance through song-music and skit by folk artists of the Kala Jatha was introduced to the people through local dialects like Halbi, Gondi Bhatri and Chhattisgarhi. Schemes delivered in local dialects touched the hearts of villagers. Inspired by Kala Jatha to join and take advantage of various schemes including Chief Minister Suchitan Yojana, Chief Minister Haat-Bazar Clinic, Rajiv Gandhi Nyaya Yojana, Narva, Garua, Ghurwa, Bari, run by Chhattisgarh Government. Under this, public welfare schemes were introduced in seven districts of Bastar division with hot culture and public culture in the main places. Along with this, departmental schemes published by Public Relations Department were distributed free of cost in these places.
