The highest temperature recorded in the state on Wednesday was 43.2 degrees in Tilda. Compared to Tuesday, the temperature in Raipur has increased by one degree to 41 degrees. This is 2 DC more than normal. Because of this there was extreme heat throughout the day. The temperature in Jagdalpur, Bilaspur, and Rajnandgaon has also reached close to 40 degrees.
