CG NEWS: FIR registered against 10 people including Ranu Sahu in the DMF case, Roshan Chandrakar and others had a role in the rice scam, know the whole matter.

In which FIR has been registered against businessmen Sanjay Shende, Ashok Aggarwal, Mukesh Aggarwal, Rishabh Soni and other public servants including Manoj Dwivedi, Ravi Sharma, Piyush Soni, Piyush Sahu, Abdul and Shekhar, who played the role of middlemen. In the rice scam case, FI has also been registered against Manoj Soni (then Managing Director of Markfed), Kumari Preetika Pooja Kerketta, Kailash Rungta, Parasmal Chopra and Roshan Chandrakar.

In the DMF case, ED has lodged an FIR against everyone in the ACB EOW under sections 420,120B, 7,12 of the Prevention of Corruption Act. There is a charge of 40% commission during tender in DMF.

What is DMF? case ?

On the report of Enforcement Directorate it was found that D.M.F. Large scale financial irregularities have been committed in the allotment of various tenders from Korba funds. What is Custom Milling Case?

On the Enforcement Directorate report, it was found that there was widespread corruption in the process of depositing custom milled rice by various rice millers in Civil Supplies Corporation and FCI and illegal amount was recovered on per quintal basis. Various government officials misused their position and colluded with rice millers to gain undue benefits and caused financial loss to the government.

Preetika Pooja was instructed by Roshan Chandrakar through Manoj Soni, Managing Director Markfed, that the bills of the same rice millers were to be paid. Whose recovery amount has been received by Roshan Chandrakar. Information about which rice millers were to be paid was received from the Rice Millers Association of the concerned district through Manoj Soni. Cash amounting to approximately Rs 1.06 crore has been recovered from the searches conducted by the Income Tax Department. Of which there is no accounting. Many objectionable documents and digital devices have been recovered. Illegal recovery of approximately Rs 140 crore has been found from rice millers.
