Durg. A massive fire broke out late night at BLVK Opticals in Ramnagar area of Bhilai. The fire spread so much that it reached the shop owner’s house. As soon as information about the incident was received, the fire brigade reached the spot and the fire brigade team controlled the fire with great effort. In this incident a pet dog got burnt to death. Goods worth lakhs were burnt to ashes in the glasses shop.
According to the information, the fire broke out in BLVK Opticals at around 10.30 pm. The fire was so terrible that the glasses shop was burnt to ashes and the flames reached the residence of shop owner Sameer Gupta located behind the shop. As soon as information about the incident was received, the fire brigade team reached the spot and after three hours of hard work the fire was brought under control. A pet dog of German Shepherd breed has died due to the fire. At present the cause of the fire has not been known.
