    Raipur. Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai will be on a tour of Balodabazar and Surguja districts today. They will leave from Raipur for Balodabazar at 12.35 pm. Here he will participate in the Sant Samagam ceremony program organized in Damakheda. CM will reach Mainpat at 3 pm and participate in the Mainpat Mahotsav 2024 programme. After which he will return to the capital at 5.30 pm.

    Governor’s visit

    Maharashtra Governor Ramesh Bais will come on a one-day visit to Chhattisgarh today. In the one-day programme, he will participate in various programs organized in Raipur and Bilaspur. The Governor will attend the annual conference of National Social Science Council and Atal Bihari Vajpayee University, Bilaspur.

    demands for grants passed

    On Thursday, demands for grants worth more than Rs 59,702 crore were passed for the departments of Cabinet Minister Ramvichar Netam. The Tribal Welfare Minister announced the opening of hostels in Patharia and Mungeli. A horticulture college will soon open in Takhatpur. Also, Chhattisgarh’s Ashram-Hostel, Prayas School and Eklavya Institute will become a model for the country. Tea plantation will be expanded in 5585 acres from Jashpur to Samri. Post matric hostels will open in all district and development block headquarters.

    The weather may take a turn

    Now the weather is going to change again in Chhattisgarh. There may be a drop in minimum temperature in central and northern Chhattisgarh. According to the Meteorological Department, there will be a decline in the minimum temperature. This will provide some relief from the heat. The mercury may fall by two to three degrees Celsius. There is a possibility of cloudy sky in many areas.
