Admission process starts in private schools under RTE, online application by 31 March
The process of free entry into private schools has started under the Right to Education (RTE) Act. This year, a total of 50,413 seats will be admitted in 6,744 private schools of the state. The last date for online application has been fixed on 31 March, while the nodal officers will check the documents by 25 April. Seats will be allocated through lottery on 1 and 2 May, and the admission process of students will be done from 5 to 30 May. If the seats remain vacant, the application process will begin again in the second phase. Interested parents can apply by visiting the official website of the Education Department.

Raipur. Chhattisgarh Industries Minister Lakhan Dewangan will attend the Investors Connect program to be held in Bangalore. He will leave for Bangalore from Raipur Airport at 6:50 pm today.
