To solve the problems of the people in Raipur district, camps will be organized in rural and urban areas from the month of March. Collector Dr. Sarveshwar Bhure gave instructions to prepare a detailed action plan for the camps in the weekly meeting of the deadline today. Dr. Bhure reviewed with the departmental officers the progress of the welfare schemes being run in their departments. He also gave instructions to resolve the applications received during the Chief Minister’s meeting program in the district, the Chief Minister’s announcements and the issues related to the demands and complaints of the general public, after discussing with the officers, at the earliest. District Panchayat Chief Executive Officer Mr. Akash Chikara, Additional Collector Mr. N.R. Sahu, Additional Collector Mr. B.B.Panchbhair, Mr. Gajendra Thakur and Mr. BCSahu, all SDMs and departmental officers attended the meeting. was present. Today, in the meeting held at the Red Cross meeting hall located in the collectorate premises, the collector instructed to set up cluster level camps to solve the problems of the people in the rural and urban areas of the district from the month of March. A cluster will be formed by combining 10 to 12 gram panchayats. Similarly, camps will also be organized in Nagar Panchayat and Municipal Corporation areas. In these camps, from making ration cards, making Ayushman health cards, making labor cards, all the problems of the people will be solved on the spot as far as possible. In rural areas, camps will be organized on the day of Haat Bazar or on Wednesday and Friday. Camps will be organized in Nagar Panchayats on Saturdays. Collector Dr. Bhure has instructed all the sub-divisional revenue officers to prepare work plan for the camps and prepare date-wise time table from the first week of March itself. The Collector directed the officers to resolve the pending cases of Janchaipal and Public Service Guarantee Act on priority. In the deadline meeting, the Collector instructed to start the process to fully implement the announcements made in the Chief Minister’s meeting program and also to resolve the complaints and demands made immediately. He instructed the officers to make caste certificates of all school children. The Collector asked to make arrangements for drainage and construction of boundary wall in the newly constructed hostel building of Kharora. Dr. Bhure also instructed the officials to expedite the process of allotment of ration shops in cities and rural areas. The Collector instructed to complete the allotment process of ponds earmarked for fish farming in Arang district soon. According to the policy of the government in local industries, the collector gave instructions to the sub-divisional revenue officers, including the officers of the industry department, to ensure that 100 percent employment is made available to the local people on the posts of unskilled workers. Similarly, during the meeting by the social representatives, on the demand of land for the social building, the Collector instructed all the sub-divisional officers to take regular action. He also asked to start the process of making chawdis for laborers in Abhanpur.
