Big decision of Bhupesh government: Now 40 percent discount in land guide line rates

In order to provide relief to the people of the state, an order has been issued by the Chhattisgarh government to give a discount of up to 40 percent in the rates of the market value of the land. The people of the state will be able to take advantage of this special exemption on the purchase of land till March 31, 2022. Earlier, 30 percent discount was being given in the rates of the guide line. It has been decided to reduce the rates to 40 percent instead of 30 percent. According to the intention of the Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel, in compliance of this decision of the Cabinet, order was duly issued by the Ministry of Commercial Taxes Registration Department to give 40 percent relaxation in the guide line rate on 7th February. Under the order issued, in the case of properties of municipal corporations and their investment area, the rates of market value guide line have been given a rebate of 40 percent instead of 30 percent for the remaining period of the financial year 2021-22.
