Bhupesh Baghel will hand over various development works worth more than Rs 268 crore to the Durg district on January 12, including the inauguration of development works worth Rs 249.57 crore and Bhoomi Pujan of Rs 18.86 crore. The Chief Minister will inaugurate the Jamul Water Augmentation Scheme constructed at a cost of Rs 23 crore 46 lakh 30 thousand. Apart from this, the Chief Minister will perform Bhoomipujan in the college building to be built at a cost of Rs. 4.66 crore in Jamul. Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel will inaugurate the building of Rural Road Network Management Unit (RRNMU) constructed under the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana at a cost of Rs 5 crore 35 lakh.
The Chief Minister will inaugurate the Municipal Corporation office in Risali. With the construction of this building, now the people of Risali Corporation will get a lot of facilities. Apart from this, the Chief Minister will also inaugurate work of more than 12.74 crores under Amrit Mission in Risali sector and Bhoomi Pujan of development works worth Rs 1.59 crores. Under Baghel Amrit Mission, 32-32 lakh liter overhead water tank at Rooobandha and Newai, 12 lakh liter overhead water tank at Purana and 10-10 lakh liter overhead water tank at Maroda and Dundera, 6 MLD at Morid. He will also inaugurate a water treatment plant of capacity. Similarly, Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay will inaugurate Manglik Bhawan constructed at a cost of Rs. 1 crore 7 lakh 36 thousand in Baghel Ward No. 61 Pragati Nagar Maitri Kunj.
