Since May 1, people in the age group of 18 to 44 are being vaccinated in Chhattisgarh, but in some other districts of the state including the capital Raipur, the vaccine for the APL category has ended. Notices have been posted outside the vaccination centers, stating that the vaccine for APL card holders has been exhausted. They will have to wait till the vaccine arrives in the state. But vaccine is still available for BPL and Antyodaya category. Their vaccination will continue now. Raipur received a total of 30 thousand vaccines. Appl card holders received around 4700 vaccines. Which is over.
Vaccination is not correct on the basis of classification
Lalit Sahu, who reached for vaccination, says that it is not right to get the vaccination done on the basis of classification in this way. The vaccine for APL is over and the vaccine is being applied to the rest of the sections, this is not true.
On this matter, MLA Vikas Upadhyay said that the state government is not doing any favor with anyone. The state government has placed orders for the vaccine, soon the vaccine consignment will reach Chhattisgarh and all people will start getting the vaccine. People do not get upset, be patient.
