Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai Congratulates Security Forces

Raipur, April 7, 2025/ The decisive campaigns being run by the Chhattisgarh government against Naxalism have achieved another major success. Today, 26 hardcore Naxalites surrendered to security forces in Dantewada district, which is proof of the success and credibility of the state’s new surrender and rehabilitation policy – 2025.

On this occasion, Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai heartily congratulated the security forces and said that our resolve to completely eradicate Naxalism is continuously being successful. The Niyad Nella Nar Yojana and the Lon Varratu campaign have played an important role in this achievement, which are being run to connect tribal youth with the mainstream.

Chief Minister Shri Sai said that the positive results of the announcement of a special assistance amount of ₹1 crore by Union Home Minister Shri Amit Shah for declaring red terror-affected villages as Naxal-free are now beginning to emerge. Under the guidance of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and Home Minister Shri Amit Shah, a resolution has been taken to completely free the state from Naxal terror by March 31, 2026. Chief Minister Shri Sai expressed confidence that we will definitely achieve this goal within the stipulated time frame. He said that this is not just a campaign, but a mission of peace, security and prosperity for Chhattisgarh.
