Lands will be allotted to the Housing Board soon to start new well-organized housing projects for the general public in the district. In the meeting held in the presence of Housing Board Chairman Mr. Kuldeep Juneja, Collector Dr. Sarveshwar Bhure directed the revenue officials to expedite the process of land allotment. In this coordination meeting held in the Collectorate Hall, Commissioner of Housing Board Shri Dharmesh Sahu, Additional Collector Shri BB Panchbhai, SDM Shri Devendra Patel along with Revenue Officers and officials of Housing Board also attended. In the meeting, the issues ranging from land allotment to conversion-demarcation etc. for various housing projects were seriously discussed. The Chairman of the Board, Shri Kuldeep Juneja demanded allotment of land at the earliest by completing the process for the housing projects to be started in public interest. Collector Dr Bhure reviewed the project wise cases with the officials and inquired about the current situation. He instructed the revenue officers to allot the land to the Housing Board as per rules by removing the obstacles in the land allotment cases at the earliest. In the meeting, the land allocation for Rajiv Nagar housing scheme in Gogaon, Mowa, Manth-Kharora, Singarbhatha-Abhanpur, Urla-Abhanupar, Nayakbandha-Abhanpur and Saloni-Abhanpur were discussed. Discussion was also held in the meeting regarding the submission of NOC, prescribed fee amount etc. for allotment of land by various departments at these places as per rules. Along with this, the issue of allotment of land for general housing in Nakti and special housing project for MPs-MLAs at Serikhedi was also discussed. The consent of the Revenue Department has been obtained on the application of the Housing Board for this project. The fixed amount has also been deposited in the Housing Board, soon the land will be allotted by the Collector.
