All preparations for the purchase of paddy should be completed in the next ten days: Departmental work was done in the weekly meeting of the time-limit directed by Collector Dr. Bhure.

Paddy procurement will start in the state from the 1st of next month. Collector Dr. Sarveshwar Bhure gave instructions to the officers to complete all preparations for systematic paddy procurement by October 20 in the weekly meeting of the deadline. He reviewed the work of all the departmental officers at the district level and gave instructions to expedite the works related to the benefit and convenience of the general public. In the meeting, the collector inquired about the availability and requirement of gunny bags for the upcoming paddy purchase. Dr. Bhure while inspecting the paddy procurement centers of the district asked all the concerned officers to ensure cleanliness, computer system, rain protection system, and other necessary arrangements in the paddy procurement centers. He also directed all the sub-divisional revenue officers and tehsildars present to keep information about the paddy procurement centers of their areas. Municipal Commissioner Mr. Mayank Chaturvedi, Chief Executive Officer of Zilla Panchayat Mr. Akash Chhikara, Forest Divisional Officer Mr. Vishwesh Kumar, all sub-divisional revenue officers and district level officers of other departments were also present in the meeting. In the meeting, the Collector expedite action against the chit fund companies and gave instructions for speedy disposal of the cases to return the amount to the investors at the earliest. He also directed to expedite the auction process after ascertaining the properties of chit fund companies. Dr. Bhure also directed the drug inspectors to completely stop the sale of banned drugs and drugs by constantly inspecting the medical shops and stockist centers. The Collector also asked to run a campaign for Paradan in the Gauthans of the district after harvesting the paddy. Along with this, he directed to take special action to stop the sitting of animals on the main roads. While reviewing the disposal of revenue cases, Dr. Bhure asked for disposal of cases within the time-limit. He also directed to prepare a special action plan for disposal of disputed nomination and partition cases outside the time-limit at the earliest. In the weekly meeting of the time-limit, the Collector also addressed the cases of land allotment to various social organizations at concessional rates. Instructions were given for speedy resolution. Dr. Bhure also inquired from the Chief Medical and Health Officer about the dead bodies available in the community health centers and hospitals. He asked to ensure adequate number of hundred vehicles in all health centers above CSC level. The Collector also asked the Chief Executive Officer of the District Co-operative Bank to prepare a proposal for starting new branches of the cooperative bank in the district.
