In order to provide basic facilities in the ward, Mayor Hema Deshmukh performed Bhoomipujan of construction of public stage near ward no.6 government press at a cost of Rs.2 lakh 60 thousand from councilor fund. In the program, Mayor Deshmukh said that development works are being done in the wards by the Municipal Corporation. In this episode, a public platform is being constructed behind the government press in Chikhli to organize various programs by the ward residents. Similar development works will be taken up on priority basis. On this occasion, Assistant Engineer Sandeep Tiwari, Deputy Engineer Sushma Sahu and Animesh Chandrakar along with Ward residents were present.
