60 people suffering from diarrhea due to drinking dirty water, health staff camped in the village

Hakimuddin Nasir, Mahasamund. There is an outbreak of diarrhea due to dirty water in village Mudhena, 10 kilometers away from the district headquarters. There has been a stir in the health department due to 60 people suffering from diarrhea. The team has set up a camp in the village, where the victims are being treated. Some people have been admitted to the district hospital and private hospital.

The population of Mudhaina village is about 2500, in which residents of ward number 7, 8, 9 are affected by the cholera outbreak. Cholera patients have been reported in Mudhaina village from the 8th, since then 59 people are suffering from it. Today, the report of 10 villagers has come positive.

Chief Medical Officer Dr. P Kudesia said, the situation is under control. 59 people are suffering from diarrhea in Mudhena. 10 people are still admitted in the hospital. The health attack team is constantly monitoring the village and also checking the health of the people.
