The school building will be constructed by Nava Raipur Development Authority (NRDA). Under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel, the first meeting of the General Assembly of Chhattisgarh School of Excellence, constituted in connection with the establishment of a world-class educational institution, was held at the Chief Minister’s residence office. Principal Secretary, School Education Department, Dr. Alok Shukla informed that the committee has been registered with the permission of the state government. Chief Minister, Vice-President School Education Minister and Member Secretary, Principal Secretary, School Education Department have been nominated as ex-officio President of the General Assembly of Chhattisgarh Excellence Society. The bank account of the committee is to be opened in the nationalized bank in the joint name of the Chairman of the Managing Committee, Principal Secretary School Education and Member Secretary, Commissioner Public Instruction Directorate. Dr. Shukla informed that in the budget of the state government in the current financial year, one post of Principal for the committee in Matrix Level 12, one post of Accountant/Assistant Grade-2 in Matrix Level 6, one post of Assistant Grade-3 in Matrix Level 4. A proposal has been sent to the Finance Department to issue acceptance orders and fill up the Matrix Level 1 posts for two regular pay posts. It is proposed to authorize the management to make recruitment rules for filling up these posts and process the filling of the posts by issuing advertisements. According to the order of the state government, Rs 15 crore is to be received from Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education, Rs 10 crore from Chhattisgarh State Open School and Rs 25 crore from Vyapam as grant from Utkrisht School.
