Public Health Engineering and Village Industries Minister Guru Rudrakumar will be visiting Bilaspur district on Friday, August 27. According to the schedule, Minister Guru Rudra Kumar will leave from his official residence Satnam Sadan in the capital at one o’clock in the afternoon and reach the village USICPA (Lock) of Bilha development block of Bilaspur district at 3 pm.
