During the current year, the maximum collection of 2 lakh 76 thousand 670 standard bags of tendu leaves has been done under Bilaspur forest out of all the 6 forestry in the state. In this, 100% payment of collection amount of Rs 110 crore 21 lakh has been made to the tendu patta collectors. It is worth mentioning that under the able guidance of Forest and Climate Change Minister Shri Mohammad Akbar, 13 lakh 5 thousand 710 standard bags of tendu leaves worth more than Rs 522 crore have been collected during the current year in Chhattisgarh. According to the information received, 29 thousand 715 standard bags worth Rs 11 crore 89 lakh in Bilaspur forest division-wise, 19 thousand 440 standard bags worth Rs 7 crore 78 lakh in Bilaspur forest and 01 crore 51 in Janjgir-Champa. 3 thousand 763 standard bags of tendu leaves worth lakhs of rupees have been collected. Similarly, in Raigarh, 44 thousand 702 standard bags worth Rs 17 crore 88 lakh, 70 thousand 157 standard bags worth Rs 28 crore in Dharamjaygarh, 42 thousand 960 standard bags worth Rs 17 crore 18 lakh in Korba and in Katghora. 65 thousand 932 standard bags of tendu leaves worth Rs 26 crore 37 lakh have been collected. After this, 2 lakh 55 thousand 675 standard bags of tendu leaves worth Rs 102 crore 10 lakh have been collected under Surguja forest circle. Of these, 23 thousand 297 standard bags worth Rs 9 crore 32 lakh in Jashpur, 32 thousand standard bags worth Rs 12 crore 80 lakh in Manendragarh, 20 thousand 996 standard bags worth Rs 8 crore 40 lakh in Korea, in Surguja. 30 thousand 645 standard bags worth Rs 12 crore 26 lakh and 58 thousand 207 standard bags of tendu leaves worth Rs 23 crore 28 lakh have been collected in Surajpur. Similarly, under Kanker forest circle, an amount of Rs 98 crore 98 lakh has been collected. 2 lakh 49 thousand 679 standard bags of tendu leaves have been collected. These include 91 thousand 320 standard bags worth Rs 36 crore 40 lakh in East Bhanupratappur, 70 thousand 120 standard bags worth Rs 29 crore 45 lakh in West Bhanupratappur, 12 thousand 446 standard bags worth Rs 5 crore in South Kondagaon and 21 thousand 107 standard bags of tendu leaves worth Rs 8 crore 44 lakh have been collected in the hair. 15 thousand 322 standard bags worth Rs 6 crore 13 lakh have been collected in Narayanpur, 34 thousand 364 standard bags of tendu leaves worth Rs 13 crore 75 lakh in Kanker. An amount of Rs 75 crore 32 lakh has been collected under Forest Circle Raipur. One lakh 88 thousand 527 standard bags of tendu leaves have been collected. Of these, 22 thousand 890 standard bags worth Rs 9 crore 16 lakh in Dhamtari forest division, 69 thousand 890 standard bags worth Rs 27 crore 96 lakh in Gariaband, 74 thousand 871 standard bags worth Rs 29 crore 95 lakh in Mahasamund. And 20 thousand 877 standard bags of tendutta worth Rs 8 crore 35 lakh have been collected in Balodabazar. After this, one lakh 76 thousand 505 standard bags of tendu leaves worth Rs 70 crore 60 lakh have been collected under forest circle Jagdalpur. Of these, 75 thousand 395 standard bags worth Rs 30 crore 16 lakh in forest division Bijapur, 75 thousand 913 standard bags worth Rs 30 crore 36 lakh in Sukma, 10 thousand 395 standard bags worth Rs 4 crore in Dantewada, Jagdalpur 14 thousand 802 standard bags of tendu leaves worth Rs. 6 crores have been collected in this area. After this, one lakh 58 thousand 653 standard bags of tendu leaves worth Rs. 63 crores 46 lakhs have been collected under forest circle fort. In this, 65 thousand 559 standard bags of tendu leaves worth Rs 26 crore 22 lakh have been collected in Rajnandgaon forest division. In Khairagarh 34 thousand 698 standard bags worth Rs 13 crore 88 lakh, 20 thousand 383 standard bags worth Rs 8 crore 15 lakh in Balod and 38 thousand standard bags of tendu leaves worth Rs 15 crore 20 lakh in Kawardha.
