WPL 2025 Fixtures Announced: All 22 Matches Detail Released
The fifth season of the Women's Premier League will launch on January 14, with the entire schedule split between Vadodara and Mumbai. Running through February 7, the competition comprises twenty-two matches. Both the BCA Stadium and Brabourne Stadium will double as venues for the inaugural ICC Women's Champions Trophy later in February, from the 14th to the 28th.
The campaign kicks off on January 14 in Vadodara, where current champions Royal Challengers Bengaluru will face two-time champions Mumbai Indians. The first eleven fixtures are scheduled between January 14 and January 24 in Vadodara. Following a break on January 25, the remaining nine league games and both playoff matches will be held in Mumbai from January 26 to February 7.
The league format requires all five franchises to play each other twice. The highest-ranked team after the group stage will book a direct ticket to the final. The second and third-placed teams will battle for a final spot in an Eliminator on February 5, with the victor moving to the championship match on February 7. A single rest day precedes each playoff game. All matches are set for a 7:30 PM IST start time.
Gujarat Giants will be credited as the home side for their Vadodara matches, while Mumbai Indians will host games at the Brabourne Stadium. The group round finishes on February 3 with a Delhi Capitals versus UP Warriorz encounter.
