Sara Glens, the 27‑year‑old England leg‑spinner, has committed to Brisbane Heat for the whole 2024‑25 WBBL season with a one‑year contract. The agreement was finalized under the league’s new multi‑year and single‑year contract options, making Glens the first foreign player to lock in a deal before the competition’s start on 29 October.
