Vaibhav dedicates historic fifty to mother and coach

After reaching his maiden T20I half‑century, the 15‑year‑old Vaibhav Sunavanshi performed a unique celebration – forming an "A" with his hands above his head. He clarified that the gesture was a salute to his mother, Aarti, whose encouragement has been a cornerstone of his journey.

The youngster also gave a thumbs‑up, explaining that the sign was inspired by a recent chat with senior teammate Rinku Singh, who advised him on handling pressure.

Sunavanshi expressed gratitude toward his coach, saying the guidance received during formative years helped him stay focused. He highlighted that early successes, like the current fifty, can shape a player’s confidence and approach to subsequent matches.
