Sri Lanka make three changes to playing XI after first Test loss

Following a defeat in the opening Test and a spate of injuries, Sri Lanka reshuffled their squad for the Antigua encounter. The new eleven features Prabath Jayasuriya, Lahiru Udara and debutant Isitha Wijesundera. Veteran Patum Nissanka and Lahiru Kumara remain sidelined with injuries, while Kasun Rajitha was omitted after an under‑whelming performance in the previous match.
